An important mahogany partner’s style desk in Chippendale style with canted corners and figured mahogany veneers. There is a deep drawer on the bottom right-hand side which slides on metal runners and the reverse side is fitted with three drawers with a cupboard below. The top is lined with the finest selected hide subtly antiqued and with golden borders and gilt-tooled central panel.
